Updated Terms and Conditions
In accordance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD), we have updated our Terms and Conditions.
The objective of the directive is to improve consumer protection and increase transparency in respect of charges, interest and exchange rates.
Please find here copies of all the updated Diners Club Terms and Conditions including the list of standard fees.
The new Terms and Conditions are effective from 1st April 2011. If you have any objections to the new Terms and Conditions and wish to cancel your agreement with us, you can do so by giving notice in writing.
