Send a complaint letter to Diners Club Beneflux within 30 days of the date of receipt of the account statement on which the expense you are challenging appears. You must inform Diners Club Beneflux in writing of every change involving personal data. Indicate the number of the card and the data that need to be modified. The letter should be addressed to: Diners Club Beneflux S.A., Bvd. Gen. Jacques 263g, 1050 Brussels. Alternatively, you can send a fax to +32 (0)2 626 66 59.
