We are the registered holders of a TravelPASS/ Travel Account. We need to lodge it with a different travel agency. Do we have to make a new request?
Simply call our Customer Service on +32 (0)2 626 64 58 for the changes or send a letter to: Diners Club Beneflux S.A., Bvd. Gen. Jacques 263g, 1050 Brussels. Or you can e-mail us on diners.customerservice@citi.com and we will send you the necessary documents to change your account.
We already have a TravelPASS/ Travel Account. Can we have another one?
